Delivery Policy

We will do our utmost to deliver your order within 48 hours from receipt and payment of your order, subject to the following.

  1. Availability, you will be advised if Prestidges is out of stock and when you may expect delivery.
  1. Conditions beyond our control e.g. weather etc

New Zealand delivery only. Orders can be made from overseas but can only be delivered within New Zealand.

 

Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy

 

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time. If payment has occurred before cancellation then a full refund will be given. Refunds will be made back to the credit card on which the purchase was made.

 

Returns

  • An on-line order can only be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be unworn and in original condition in order to be returned. This applies to on-line orders only. In-store purchases are subject our in-store returns policy which is displayed in our Eden Terrace shop. Prestidges reserves the right to refuse to accept returns.
  • Damaged, worn or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded.
  • If a fault should appear after a garment has been worn it must be laundered before return.
  • Shipping costs of returning an item will be at your own expense unless an item is faulty; in this case please call us to arrange free postage.
  • If an item is being exchanged for a different garment size then the postage costs of returning the item will be at your own expense.
